The quality level of finishing materials and furnishings in the specialised factories within the People’s Republic of China is determined by the project budget itself and this is according to the flexibility of the factories concerned with dealing with customers, but Luxury Solutions has engineering and technical standards of specifications, thus in  some projects we do not accept some raw materials , even if they match the customer’s budget, we give our advise to the customer and identify the defects of those materials and then the customer takes the final decision under their own responsibility.

Our main shop drawings may be up to 25 executive schemes that vary according to the operating systems required for the project. These main drawings are divided into drawings of more clear and comprehensive sections that show the walls, ceilings and floors and all that should be explained according to the design style.

The interior design for a hotel project in any country around the world is based on the engineering fundamentals and data, the laws of the ministries of tourism, the competent authorities and the International specifications of hotels of different levels and areas around the world. Therefore, we are not working to show the aesthetic aspect of such projects only, but we do a comprehensive study of all Government requirements and the project  owner’s requirements, in addition to a practical study of satisfying the public taste to serve the operational needs of the project.

The percentage of applying our design to the project in reality varies according to the type of service and the state. For example, if the customer requests the design service only, without the supply of materials and execution, the Customer shall be responsible for applying the design in reality. If the customer requests the complete services of Luxury Solution, i.e. design, supply and execution, we guarantee a design compliance rate of 90% with a minimum of 10% difference due to the different degrees of colours from the programs used during the design from those actually used. While in case of requesting the service of design and supply of materials only without execution, the design matches at 70-80 % on reality and the customer will be responsible for the execution method.

Of course, Our team includes specialised engineers in addition to designers, technicians and manual workers.

Unfortunately to date, the service of construction studies plans is not available, as we aren’t specialised in this field. We make architectural, electrical and mechanical drawings, interior and exterior designs and shop drawings for different finishing and everything related thereto.

Our work is not limited to design only. We make designs, conduct technical studies, as well as supply and execution in any country worldwide.

You may request to change the initial design a maximum of three times. In the case of approval, the final design shall be executed, which the customer cannot request to be change.
